Becoming a yoga teacher is a first step to change your life and share the passion of this ancient discipline. While deepening your practice and living your daily life in consciousness, through impartial and detached observation of your actions, you can inspire other yogis to follow the path of freedom by sharing your knowledge. At the end of this training you will get a Yoga Alliance certification along with a RISHIKESH —AYS « affiliated schools of yoga » certification.

This teacher training will be in French with simultaneous translation in English.

Yoga Teacher Training Program

This yoga teacher training is certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT-200).

During this retreat, whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, you will be able to develop and to share a new vision of yoga. The certificate is validated by writing a dissertation on a specific subject and a practical assessment in a classroom situation. But it is also based on a 90% presence at all courses as well as on the behavior and the conduct of the student.

With this certificate, students can register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 hours Certified Yoga Teacher.

  • Teaching skills: how to build a session, the 3 types of adjustment, postural alignment, how to create a proper setting.

Emotional Anatomy and Intelligence of the Body based on the test of kinesiology

This option is now included in the program and brings to this ancient hatha yoga teaching a Western view. Listen to the messages issued by our body, in terms of pain, limitations, diseases or stiffness. It reveals the link between anatomy and yoga’s life philosophy. The awareness gives space to the mind and the body softens. This training is enriched with workshops on the emotional body language and emotional language of the face, in order to bring more awareness to your practice and discover subtle relationships that govern emotions and physical limitations.

Excerpts from the program: muscle biofeedback - understanding of the energy locked in our emotional blocks - how to reach the memories of our childhood and release them - correlation between muscles 12/12, organs/12 meridians and their energy- balancing the chakras - revitalization of the pineal gland.

Optional

  • If you wish, you can take a private kinesiology session with 3 courses of technic discovery during training (to be paid on the spot).

You can arrive one day before the retreat and stay two or three days after. The nights will be included in the price of the training.

Corinne Burgalière
Corinne sees life as a bright kaleidoscope of colors that can shine if we harmonize our different states of consciousness.
Gaurav Aggarwal
Dr. Gaurav Agrawal teaches at the Indian Palmistry Institute. PhD in clinical psychology, he also teaches in the department of Clinical Psychology at the Dev Sanskriti University in Haridwar. He is specialized in Pantajali philosophy and teaches it in many yoga centers in Rishikesh. His main field of research is how to use astrology and palm reading to prevent psychological disorders and help human evolution.
Vijay Dutt
Vijay Dutt was born in Rishikesh, India which is well known as one of the worlds Yoga capitals. After completing his Bachelors degree in Commerce, he quickly realised his heart desire to change. That was when he was introduced to Yoga. After a period of daily devoted practise and study under the guidance of his Gurujis in Shivananda Ashram , Batraji, Rudraji, Narandra Gussain, and more ,he started to teach with full of love and joy. Additionally he completed his Master Degree in Yogic Science at Sanskrit University. Vijay Dutt is teaching in India, Thailand and Europe and joign Co.inspire.

Destino del retiro

The training takes place in the small Provençal village of Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, on the French Riviera, only an hour drive from Nice airport. Its location, near a classified Natura 2000 area, will give you the opportunity to participate in daily hiking in the heart of nature.
