This retreat is based on Mindful and Heartful yoga practices as a way of life, using dance and movement as tools for self listening and alignment at least once a week. Mindful and Heartful yoga are practices that facilitate a change of direction and habits of life, reorienting you back to the essential, developing a strong, stable and balanced mind, strengthening your self-esteem, your immune system, your body and health in general, reconnecting again with your most essential and intimate self. If you want to make yoga and meditation your way of life, understanding yoga and meditation as the search for balance in everything you do and feel, this is the retreat you need. This retreat is suitable both for beginners and for those who are just starting to get in touch with meditation and yoga for the first time, as well as for those who want to deepen their knowledge and practice of both if their practice is more advanced.

On check-out day, the room should be left at 11:00 a.m. but you’re free to stay until the afternoon class if you wish (dinner not included).

In this retreat, you can choose from a private room, a shared room or a private double if you're coming with a friend or partner. There are 7 rooms, all of which can be booked as double or single.

Programa

This retreat is not a simple vacation spot or a hotel to spend a few exciting days doing yoga and tourism. This retreat is based on the practice of yoga and meditation as a balanced and healthy way of life, not as an isolated practice done several times a week or a month, but as an integral and balanced way of relating to the environment. It is very flexible so you can adapt the practices to your real needs, giving it the depth and intensity you really need.

They offer the suitable tools through yoga, meditation and healthy and conscious eating so that you can continue at home, in your daily life and develop in the way that feels best for you. This is the desire that moves and touches us, that when you return home you continue to dedicate a space of time, even if it is small, but quality time every day and be able to have the tools to be with you, to accompany you in the way that you feel best for you.

This retreat can show you the healthy benefits of living a yogi life, a life from your own centre in the here and now, even in the everyday, especially the everyday.

You can add or subtract practices depending on the depth of practice you need at this point in your life. Be Mindful Yoga can help you to adapt the practice of meditation and yoga to your physical condition and needs.

Experience tells us that time to get an experience remarkable changes in your mental, emotional, and physical state that encourage you to continue with the practice back to your daily life, is more than a week. That is why this retreat is designed like this:

  • Optional free breakfast when you need it
  • *08:00 Hatha yoga (adapted all level)
  • 10:30 Mindfulness guided meditation, Bhakti yoga, dynamic meditation or similar
  • 11:30 Brunch
  • 12:30 Free time
  • 16:30 Yin yoga, mantra and pranayama or dynamic meditation.
  • 18:00 Vipassana meditation (small guide to start and silence)
  • 19:00 Silent dinner
  • 20:00 Free time
  • 22:00 Rest and silence until 12:00 a.m.

*All the activities are voluntary, you decide the intensity and depth of your retreat. Free healthy snacks, fresh fruits and teas during the day. The optional light dinner will be ready but self service.
