The accommodation will be at Villa Malaathina. Villa Malaathina is located in Umalas, well known for its beautiful rice paddies and traditional way of life. Despite its charming rustic feel, the restaurants, bars, and shopping of Seminyak are just a fifteen-minute drive away. The nearest surf beaches are Batu Bolong and Echo Beach.

This villa has a main residence and a number of other pavilions spread throughout the gardens with a 25-meter swimming pool at their center. On one side of the main residence’s upper floor is the master bedroom suite, which is connected to a second spacious suite via a rooftop walkway and ‘sunset’ terrace.

Downstairs, one side of the building houses the media room, office, open-air bar, dining, and living area, while on the other side, air-conditioned indoor space includes a bar, dining, lounge, and kitchen.

Two interconnecting guest suites open directly onto the garden and pool and another privately faces towards the yoga room, gym, and kitchen garden. The library pavilion is located at the far end of the pool, and the remaining two bedrooms lie just behind. A large poolside bale pavilion with generous lounge seating and an impressive teppanyaki grill are also available.

    Over the last 14 years, Amanda has trained extensively with internationally acclaimed yoga teachers. Her training includes Power yoga, Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Reiki, and Theta healing. Amanda inspires her students to discover their own personal journey to awaken their spiritual energy through the practice of yoga, breath-work, nutrition, and meditation. She is also a physical trainer and motivation specialist.

  • Ben Seymour

    As an athlete who played professional sports in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, Ben's career was built on a foundation of smart quality training and a balanced, healthy nutrition program. These two elements are the core of his life and training philosophy today. Experience has shown Ben that what goes into your body is just as important as the training that you do when it comes to getting results, both physically and mentally. Therefore his service is all encompassing, providing an effective motivating training program.

This retreat will take place in Bali, Indonesia. Bali is famous for its warm and spiritual heart, artistic culture, healing treatments, exotic landscapes, rice fields, volcanoes, never ending beaches sumptuously surrounded by the warm Indian Ocean, and of course, its amazing sunsets.
