Andean Spirit Lodge is situated in midst of nature in the warm Limatambo Valley 90 km from Cusco. We offer accommodation in four cozy bungalows with a maximum of five people each, with private attached bathrooms and hot water all day. Our big lounge provides ample space for recreation with arm chairs, hammocks and a soul warming log fireplace. We have a large garden with a fruit orchard, a big organic vegetable plot and areas where you may relax and a place for bonfires. We also have a small library with topics related to Yoga and self-development at your disposal. Our fully screened Yoga and meditation hall is set apart in the garden. You may participate in Yoga and meditation or simply enjoy the peace that our guesthouse radiates. We offer facilities for groups or instructors wishing to conduct their own workshops, conferences or courses. It does not necessarily have to be Yoga; we are open for your suggestions.
We practice and teach Hatha Yoga using the Sivananda style. Our Yoga classes last for 1 hours each and consist of a combination of postures, breath work and relaxation. Previous knowledge of Yoga is not necessary. In the mornings and the evenings you have the option to participate in meditation with devotional chants, mantras and readings of the teachings of Swami Sivananda or other masters. We have a collection of books and videos about Yoga and spiritual development which we are happy to share with you. We are also always open for conversations about these topics
We provide 100% vegetarian / whole food cuisine using organic products from our vegetable garden wherever possible. Here are some sample menus of our tasty and healthy meals.

Organic brown rice with Vegetable curry, lentil dhal, raita and homemade chutney or Ratatouille with garlic broccoli, organic brown rice or quinoa and mixed salad or Peruvian saltado made with soy meat and green beans or cauliflower served organic brown rice, a chili sauce made with tree tomato and a mixed salad. Mango mousse or banana chocolate mousse or apple and spice tart. Lemonade, chicha morada (Peruvian purple corn juice) or herb tea.
Cream of vegetable soup, homemade bread, butter or marge, guacamole or hummus (oriental chickpea pate), fruit compote, herb tea.
