Join this 125-hour yoga Nidra professional development course designed for yoga teachers, health, and education professionals, and anybody interested in a yogic immersion focused on relaxation techniques. This Nidra Yoga and Restorative yoga teacher training will allow you to explore tools to systematically address the tensions in the body, mind, and emotions, inducing a deep state of relaxation.

All meals that will be provided are vegetarian - simple, nutritious, and satisfying. Much of the organic foods are sourced from local growers or picked fresh from the garden, which is developed along permaculture design principles.
Some special dietary requirements for food allergies can be catered to with prior advance notice; however Anahata Yoga Retreat advises guests in this situation to bring their own supply of certain foods such as soy milk or gluten-free bread.
