Swami Karma Karuna
Swami Karma Karuna specializes in women’s health. By blending yogic lifestyle and sannyasa tradition with motherhood, she brings a unique and practical approach, inspiring the integration of yogic principles into everyday activities.
Caitlin Halliwell is a mother, gifted local singer, and songwriter. She uses mantra and chanting as healing vibrations, finding them the ultimate way to purify mind, body, and soul. As she introduces each chant, Caitlin explains the meaning behind the Sanskrit words, painting a highly evocative image and luring us into the world of gods, goddesses, and light.
Swami Kailash Saraswati
Swami Kailash Saraswati has studied and lived in yoga ashrams in New Zealand and India from an early age. From this background, he brings a practical, simple, and joyful perspective on all aspects of yoga and particularly shares his love of Mantra, Nada Yoga, and Kirtan. Swami Kailash is a warm and engaging teacher and has been teaching yoga for more than twenty-five years, most recently in Australasia, India, and Korea. He is the founder of Srinivasa Yoga House in Hamilton, New Zealand.
Based in the North Island, Lis runs many workshops on mindfulness, self-love, the divine feminine, and the joyful singing of Kirtan.
