You will be accommodated in a cozy guesthouse or family-house, with a fuss-free, quaint and serene atmosphere. Each day begins with you waking up to the beautiful sunrise, the soothing sound of the wind and the rejuvenating cool breeze.

Alpesh Yoga and Breathing India Yoga Retreat Program

Many people have benefited from Alpesh's approach in the last 10 years. The pranayama breathing course is a gift for both body and mind. Additionally, individual therapeutic sessions are available for people suffering from specific health problems.

A typical class consists of breathing exercises alternated with insightful stories. As no individual is the same and, moreover, your individual needs vary from day to day, Alpesh continuously tunes the specific contents of the course to your needs.

Practicing pranayama benefits the digestive, nervous, respiratory, and immune system, as well as blood circulation, emotional balance, organ functioning, and allows you to have a healthy weight.

With this course, you will have greater focus, improve creativity, increase energy levels, have greater happiness, and a natural relaxation into the present moment.

Alpesh Patwari
Alpesh vanquished epilepsy and other ailments emanating from it with the help of yoga. At a tender age of 12 Alpesh was fighting with this medical condition and after depending on other medicines he couldn’t find any recovery. Instead, he was surrounded by several other problems like memory loss, depression and trembling. Finally, Alpesh took up yoga as his last resort to come out of this vicious circle of ailments and live a healthy and normal life. Alpesh has been practicing yoga for more than 22 years now and is a trained and certified yoga teacher.

Three daily vegetarian meals shall be provided within campus from Monday to Friday. During Saturday, breakfast is included. Additional meals during weekends are excluded.
