You will be accommodated in Bounty Hotel in shared or private rooms. Bounty Hotel is tucked away on its own little white sand beach and provides the perfect location for secluded sunbathing. It is perfectly situated so that you can easily enjoy the vibrant nightlife and vast choices of restaurants at Haad Yao, stroll up the idyllic palm fringes shores of Haad Son or wile away your desert island dreams at this secret hideaway.

The resort includes air conditioners and island hut style fan bungalows situated around a scenic viewpoint swimming pool. The restaurant at Bounty is set on the hillside and is open planned to maximize the wonderful sunset views out to the sea. You can relax and take your meal Thai style on traditional raised seating area or sit on the table and chairs.

    Beginning the yoga journey in the deep end, Nathalie went to India, the birth place of yoga, where she quickly recognized the sacredness of the practice as a profound instrument to connect honestly and intensely to the inner self, consequently guiding her to a more meaningful existence. Committing to many hours of Yoga Alliance approved teacher trainings in Mysore, India, the birth place of Ashtanga, and with a background of experience in many different lineages, Nathalie has gained a broad knowledge of yoga as a whole system which benefits everything.

    Darina used to organize free yoga in the park and private yoga courses as well as teaching body balance program in United Kingdom. Later on, she saw the results of the yoga practice and started to discover how to unblock physical and emotional knots through Vin Yin style of practice and active and still meditation. Her passion for traveling led her to Thailand, where she did some further training in yoga therapy, alignment, and Reiki with various international teachers. Darina has been teaching anatomy and yoga asanas in 200-hour yoga teacher training for the last two years.

This retreat will take place in Koh Phangan, Thailand. Koh Phangan is a great diving and snorkeling location. The west coast of Koh Phangan supports the best coral reef on the island.
