enLiven at the Green River is a previous bed-and-breakfast with rooms that are all spacious and ensuite (private bath). Your choice of rooms with king beds, queen beds, and twin beds. The rooms have robes, slippers, hairdryers, shampoos, and soaps. There is a spa building with a hot tub, quiet room, and sauna. You can also book a spa appointment for a facial or a massage (for an extra fee) while you are here. The dining room has plenty of room to spread out and the food is delicious.

Program

This retreat is packed full of new (and old) tools that will help you discover the freedom to choose joy and peace. You will practice mediation, mindfulness, and yoga. You will experience sound healing, learn about your human design and life purpose, and, learn self-healing energy techniques. The retreat has free time built-in for you to relax, unwind, and find yourself again.

enLiven at The Green River is nestled in a beautiful valley in Vermont. They are secluded and the sound of the river will lull you into a peaceful experience. The sun rises and sets over the mountains and a fresh breeze keeps the valley cool. Walking the property can be a mediation practice that heals the soul, creating space for solutions to float into your awareness. The town consists of the inn, town hall, church, and cemetery. The area is close to Manchester with outlet shopping, skiing, and fine dining.

Food

You will feel nourished by incredible delicious meals prepared by the chef. You'll eat as a group for all meals. The menu is seasonal using as many local ingredients as possible. They'll provide a nice glass of organic wine with dinner. The chef can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please let them know if you have a dietary preference or need.
