The heart is resilient to life’s never ending experiences. Those experiences often leave a residual pain that hinders you from moving forward. It’s time to release that negative emotions to the sea and reopen your heart to let the inner love and light shine through again on your heart to allow the transformation process to begin. This 7-day retreat is filled with daily activities to assist in releasing past trauma.
During your stay, you will be accommodated with a double or twin room fully equipped with a private bathroom, bed and bath linens, daily cleaning service, and satellite TV.
Each morning, you will begin with heart opening asanas with essential oils and scents inspired from the Bahamas such as bergamot, lime, geranium, lavender, lemon, jasmine, and more, followed by morning meditation to begin your day of transformation. There will be daily walks around the island taking in all of the islands spring beauty. Your evenings will close with gratitude aroma yoga and meditation practices at sunset. To complete your daily activities, You will have a beautifully prepared dinner followed by spiritual readings and discussions. There will also be some free time for self-reflection and self-exploration.
You will have daily walks and shopping around the island of Eleuthera to enjoy the spring atmosphere. The daily walks will be your daily exercise and detoxification that provide assistance for the releasing of negative emotions.
Deb is an inspirational speaker. Her message is intended to generate meaningful changes and offers hopeful transformation to people going through life's challenges. As a breast cancer survivor, she is busy raising donations for other breast cancer survivors by organizing a variety of events throughout the year with her non-profit program called "Pink Sistas, Inc." She's also a Providence Hospital hospice volunteer. She sponsors and supports a room in Vancouver, Washington called "Share House" in her late son, Kasey's, memory.
