Join this 6-day yoga retreat that will take place at The Vine Retreat, Cambodia. You will be guided each morning through a 3-hour Hatha yoga practice rooted in gratitude and focused on cultivating inner and outer fluidity, strength, balance, and flexibility with emphasis on physical and energetic alignment, as you clarify your intentions for 2017. Set your intentions for the year ahead as you embark on a journey of inner exploration through the daily practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation.
All ages are welcome as participants.
You will spend this relaxing retreat at The Vine Retreat. You will be accommodated in shared room with private bathroom or shared room with shared bathroom. All rooms are either for 2 or 3 persons.
Located on 35 acres of peaceful, green farmland, The Vine Retreat farmhouse accommodation and yoga center offers the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.
During the day between yoga practices, you will have the opportunity to participate in a vegan Cambodian cooking class or simply relax with a book. The evening practice will be introspective and reflective in nature, with either a nurturing Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, and / or yoga Nidra or meditation practice.
You should book your flight to Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH). The Vine Retreat is approximately 2.5 hours’ drive from the airport. Transfer is not included in the price.
For all classes, you should wear loose and comfortable clothing with layers that are easily removed or added to allow for changes in body temperature during class. Emma Spivey Yoga prefers students to practice with bare feet and minimal or no jewelry. Long hair might be better tied back.

Emma Spivey is a registered yoga teacher at Yoga Australia. She has been teaching body movement in various forms professionally since 1997. She aims to explore the ancient teachings of yoga in her classes with a modern twist with love and laughter.
This retreat will be fully catered, including early morning herbal tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner made by local, traditional, fresh, and healthy food using fruit and vegetables from the organic garden.
