"Perfect Weekend Retreat!"
Emily is the perfect host! She is great fun and I felt welcomed into the group immediately that I arrived. The weekend was relaxed with a good balance of yoga and meditation plus plenty of time for reading or walking or whatever I wanted to do with no pressure to join in on anything. The food was exceptionally good and as the only male in the group, I stayed in a single room which was very comfortable. I highly recommend this retreat!

The house is ideal for a group - large tables for eating together inside and out and the library for chilling out in front of the fire, also lots of places to find space to read or just chill alone. The food was also spectacular, plentiful and super healthy.
Emily’s an excellent teacher - one of the best I’ve known. She brings a perfect mix of dynamic and challenging with restful and reflective. Her guidance is clear and informative and she brings a sense of humour and lovely positive vibe.
I will be back!
