During this retreat, you will be staying at Emily Reed's family home. You may stay either in a private or shared twin room.
This weekend of wellness is one of Emily Reed Yoga's signature retreats that have been very well received and enjoyed. During this retreat, you will be practicing morning meditations and pranayama as well as yoga asana. Re-balancing massages or energy work meant to rejuvenate you is also part of the program. Ample time will also be allotted for you to unwind so you can enjoy time and just "be".
Emily Reed Yoga's sessions focuses on moving your body and on your breath. In each practice, you will stretch, open and gradually rinse out the physical tensions of the day. Building strength and better awareness of your body’s range and motion are the highlights of each yoga practice. Each yoga sessions begins with your body creating heat. Challenges in your body and also in your mind will be expected as you hold certain poses amid the flow in order for you to start to breathe and feel better as well as help your mind be more at ease.
This weekend yoga retreat will take place in the depths of the East Sussex countryside.
Delicious home cooked food will be served daily.
Make the best out of your weekend by just relaxing or taking a walk by the gorgeous English countryside. You can also play and cuddle with the dogs or just cozy up to the warm log fires.
