Emilie Mangoni is French and she has been living in Madeira Island for 17 years. She defined herself as a woman, mother, yoga teacher, singer, traveler, and passionate with life. Her biggest adventure started when she was pregnant, as she awakened for a way of life more conscious, healthier and holistic. She started to practice yoga and never stopped. She has been teaching yoga for 6 years, with people of all ages and on the most beautiful spots of the island. As a singer, she has always thought that the voice and music were powerful tools for well-being and healing.
Cristiano started his journey in Yoga in 2008, although only in 2010 in a more regular way, after being diagnosed with lower back hernias. He did mostly Sattva Yoga and Iyengar variation developed by chilean senior Gustavo Ponce, and then started in a most disciplined self practice after discovering Ashtanga in 2013, with the same teacher. He started teaching in January 2015, and in 2018 went to Purple Valley in Goa for an intensive course and retreat with Mark Robberds and Deepika Mehta.
