Guests can look forward to an experience that is simple and close to the earth at the Hui Ho'olana. Rooms in both the lodge and cabins are non-smoking and may be shared. Couples will have their own rooms.
You will be guided through yoga practices that support a gentle and deepening connection to your own sense of inner knowing and wisdom of the body. Experience a sense of self-compassion, connection, fun, and adventure through daily yoga practices infused with mindfully designed conversations and experiences intended to bring awareness to the unique weaving of the heart, mind, and body in a beautiful, down to earth setting.

In some evenings, there will be an extra session, wind down, and restore after dinner. Wednesday will be a longer free day and a chance to explore the island or simply relax at the Hui Hoolana.
Morgan Osmani is a psychotherapist and yoga teacher in Austin, Texas and founder of a local non-profit organization. Morgan will guide you through soulful yoga practices that support a gentle and deepening connection to the truth in your heart and the wisdom of the body. She is experienced in facilitating opportunities for learning, growth, and discovery through group discussion, yoga, meditation, and body-centered healing practices.
Jessicas teaching style has a foundation in traditional yogic philosophy mixed with an authentic flavor of modern wisdom. The blending of ancient traditions with western understandings is an interest of hers, and shines through in her classes. In practices guided by Jessica, youll find an emphasis on alignment, safety, and rehabilitation of the body, while holding a space for devotion and mindfulness.
Jessica has her 500-hour RYT certification from 8 Limbs Yoga Centers in Seattle, Washington. With an intrinsic passion for the inner workings of the body, Jessicas background in Biochemistry and Natural Medicine complements her teaching. Her life as a mother, yoga teacher, and business owner allow for her natural nurturing abilities to be expressed, and provides a foundation for integrating life itself as the truest teacher.
The workshop will be hosted at the Hui Hoolana Retreat Center, a non-profit, tax exempt organization on the island of Moloka'i, Hawaii. Through workshops and volunteer residencies, their mission is to create a self-sustaining facility that supports educational programs and provides an environment for inspiration. A safe haven for the growth and nurturing of the creative spirit.
There are some magical parts of Hawaii, a place sometimes referred to as the heart chakra of the world. The island of Moloka'i is often experienced as the heart of Hawaii, both geographically and spiritually. Moloka'i has been the training ground of the Hawaiian Shamans and has been referred to as Mother Molokai because of the strong feminine and embracing energy it holds. The Hui Hoolana retreat center is nestled into the heart of Moloka'i, a heart that is deeply felt and experienced by those who choose to visit.

Running up the road of Kalaupapa Lookout
Hui Ho'olana offers opportunities for massage and body work throughout your stay. Their highly skilled massage therapists will schedule sessions to meet your exact needs. An experience not to be missed.
Turn left at the T-intersection onto Highway 460 towards Kaunakakai.
Then left again onto the Kalae Higway 470 towards Kualapu'u.
Drive three miles north, uphill, and turn right at the three mile marker.
Press the yellow button on the pole before the gate and enter.
After dropping your luggage, park above the Lodge at the end of the private drive on the left, between the trees.
Please do not keep your car in the turnaround in front of the lodge.
Please book your flight to arrive at Honolulu International Airport (HNL).
After that, you need to book an inter-island flight to Molokai. From Molokai Airport, Embody Life Yoga can arrange an airport transfer to the retreat center at an additional charge.
