This retreat is a chance to deepen your understanding in yoga and come closer to yourself through the daily practice of Hatha yoga and Meditation.
Hatha yoga will enhance the flow of prana in your body, you will feel more flexible and realigned as old tensions will drop off. In every class you will become more conscious and this will allow you to really enjoy the present moment.
Each day, you will receive a guided Meditation followed by a gentle flow of Hatha yoga and a session of Nidra Yoga for deep relaxation and self-healing. You will have brunch at the flower filled garden and the rest of the day will be free giving you the chance to be embraced by the hospitality of this tiny Greek village, to surrender to the scents of thyme and oregano, and to explore hidden beaches at walking distance.
The wild nature of Greece, the beaches, the sunshine, the people, the food, all will welcome you and make you feel like home, back to yourself.
Every Tuesday is a day off allowing you time for further exploration. A day trip to Lefkada and its famous beaches, a boat trip to the Ionian sea, a kayaking tour capturing the sea caves, or visiting the Oracle of Efyra and the Acheron river. Or maybe to simply relax by reading a book on a hammock in our garden.

Before practicing yoga and Tantra, Teona was involved with shamanic practices and rituals. After being encountered with the science of Kriya yoga, she realized that yoga was her way for to live the truth she had experienced. In 2013, she began her yoga and Tantric sadhana, and after a year, she took a Hatha yoga teachers training course in Sivananda Yoga. She lived, served, and practiced at the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Center in Berlin for about a year and in 2017, she was initiated into Kriya yoga by Swami Shankarananda Giri and into Tantra by Guruji Raj Kumar.
Lara is from Italy and she finds it difficult to define herself in a few words. What she likes to say is that she is first a student, her best teacher is Life and her best guide is her heart. Her first taste of Yoga was in the 'Western approach' based mostly on the body and the asanas. Later she also started practising Mindfulness Meditation and Kriya yoga. She study Yoga, Classical Indian Odissi dance and natural Ayurvedic healing living between Italy, Greece and India. Her teachers are: Swami Shankarananda Giri, Guruji Raj Kumar Baswar, Colleena Shakti and Krishna.
