  • Review by Wendy S. from Massachusetts

"I am now back in Boston after four days and three glorious nights in Sonoma California having attended a beautiful retreat led by Amy and Elizabeth. My body and soul are refreshed with creative ideas, a greater appreciation for movement and new friends. Elizabeth and Amy worked together seamlessly to produce a beautifully orchestrated, well organized and thoughtful retreat. It was clear that attention and intention was given to even the smallest of details, timing and flow of each day. It couldn't have been better."
