Join Elizabeth and Amy's weekend yoga retreat to recenter and renew on the Russian River, in Sonoma County. Daily meditation and yoga practices, nourishing organic meals, community connection, and space for solace in nature will support you in letting go, realigning with your true self, and planting seeds for a thriving future. They will share practices to release what no longer serves you and call in what you deeply desire to cultivate wholeness.

Bring a friend! Rest easy on a queen bed in a private room. This option requires two guests to register together (total of 1550 USD), as the bed is shared in a private room.

Ah, luxury! Sleep pretty in a queen bed in private room.

Triple room accommodation

Catch your sleep in a twin bed in a room with two other women. Bathroom is shared.

Elizabeth McKinley
Elizabeth is a Registered Yoga Teacher at home in the Bay Area. Exploring the intersections of physical, mental, and emotional health, she teaches groups and individuals, emphasizing the body-mind-spirit connection. Incorporating the traditions of Hatha, Restorative, and Therapeutic Yoga, Elizabeth guides her students to recognize and build upon their inherent wholeness.
Amy Hyun Swart
Amy is a yoga instructor, licensed psychotherapist, meditation teacher, writer, surfer, visual artist, and forever a student. She teaches mindfulness to bring awareness to old patterns of inhabiting the body and finding the freedom to embody a healthier, more centered ways of being.

Retreat location

This retreat takes place in Russian River, California, USA. You will gather at a private estate of nearly 100 acres in Forestville, California, about one and a half hours north of San Francisco. Exact location will be given to participants upon registration.

In this retreat, you will be served delicious vegetarian meals daily. Their food will be prepared by Rachael Gorjestani of The Cupboard SF, which means it is going to be delicious and energizing, a treat for all senses. All meals will be vegetarian, organic, gluten free, and can be made vegan upon request.
