Accommodation is in secluded Keralan style bungalows, each discretely set in beautiful, peaceful gardens and all with a view through the palm trees of the deserted white sand beach and the Arabian Sea beyond.

This attractive, French-owned, beachside resort provides beautiful garden bungalows in typical Keralan inspired style, with air-conditioning, stylish yet comfortable furnishings and a restaurant serving locally inspired food. The gardens are beautifully maintained and border a seemingly endless beach.

You will practice yoga twice a day in the morning and late afternoon in the shaded yoga shala set among the palm trees overlooking the sea. There is also opportunity for meditation on the tranquil shores of the Arabian Sea as you watch the setting sun.

Along with the scarcity of tourists, another big bonus about this area is the lack of loud ‘boom boom’ bars, dogs on the beaches, who, as anyone who has tried to sit quietly on the beaches of Goa will know can cause quite a disturbance at dusk and during the night.

  • 17:45 Evening yoga - Yin, gentle or Restorative yoga with yoga Nidra or guided relaxation and meditation
  • 19:45 Evening meal with a daily curated menu of delicious Southern Indian dishes. Two evening meals during your stay will be off-site. One served aboard a traditional spice boat, the other at a local Oyster Farm.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Nearest international airports are at Kannur International Airport (CNN) and Mangalore Airport (IXE). Airport transfers can be arranged with the hotel. Mangalore is approximately two hours and Kannur one hour. Some flights come via Middle East others the transfer will be in Delhi or Mumbai.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
