You will be staying in a family run chalet. Newly renovated, it has a chic yet traditional feel and the ultra comfortable twin rooms each come with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony. The high class kitchen will be where your host Mollie prepares your daily nutritious meals with a selection of tea coffee and water available 24/7.
The main living area is where the majority of your yoga classes, meditations and sound baths will take place. With spectacular views it’s a wonderful opportunity to take in the mountains and nature while relaxing into a complete state of peace.

This delightful dining experience offers another opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture of the region and savor the flavors the local area has to offer.
Hannah brings over 17 years of dedicated yoga practice and teaching experience to her role. After completing her first teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2015, Hannah deepened her expertise in 2017 with a 200-hour training in India, specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Aerial, and Meditation. Her teaching focuses on blending dynamic flow and mindful practice to help participants connect deeply with themselves.
Mel has over 25 years' experience of working as an educator, instructor, and leader for many different outdoor and environmental organizations. Mel's work and personal interests have taken her on expeditions to Peru, Chile, Japan, India, Nepal, New Zealand, Russia, Morocco, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia and much of Europe. Since moving to France in 2020, Mel has spent much of her time exploring the popular and less well-known local alpine mountains, sampling the cuisine and learning more about the history and culture of the Alps.
