A.J. is a highly experienced and qualified yoga teacher. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics, a master's degree in sociology, and a diploma in yoga. He had his yoga teacher training course at Sivananda Ashram and his yoga instructor certificate course from Vivekananda Yoga University in Bangalore. A.J. has been teaching yoga since 1996 and he specializes in Hatha yoga.

You will be provided with traditional Kerala vegetarian food. Your diet is being prescribed by the doctor and is being specially prepared by the expert cooks. Organic and vegetarian food will be served, as prescribed by the physician. Avoid overeating and eating before the previous meal has been digested, as well as avoid eating too quickly and swallowing without chewing. Strictly avoid eating any food from outside. You are advised not to take any food or drinks other than the diet provided at the resort. Otherwise, it will adversely affect the treatments.
A full body massage with herbal oil, which improves the peripheral circulation, prevents aging, nourishes the body, provides good sleep, helps to maintain healthy skin, and get relief from muscular aches and pain. The procedure is done by applying of medicated lukewarm oil all over the body in seven different postures for a duration of 60 minutes.
It is a sudation process in which body is made to sweat by using boluses containing powdered herbal drugs dipped in oils or dhanyamla or vapor and applied throughout the whole body in seven different postures for a duration of 45 to 60 minutes. It is a very effective treatment for inflammation of joints, rheumatic arthritis, and osteoarthritis.
In this process, medicated liquid (Dhanyamla) is poured all over the body in a specific manner for a duration of 45 to 60 minutes. It is very useful for weight reduction and increases the fat metabolism

It is an eight-story memorial built by Kanchi Kamakoti Mutt. The entrance to the memorial, guarded by two elephant statues, leads to the Paduka Mandapam. Two silver knobs represent the padukas or wooden sandals of the teacher. The walls of the memorial feature framed relief paintings that tell the story of Adi Sankaracharya. Several large statues of Ganapati, Adi Sankara, and others are also housed in this memorial.
Adi Sankara’s shrines in Kalady are open to all pilgrims, irrespective of religion and caste. Visitors can review the life of Sankara Acharya as they climb to the top. The famous Sankara Stupa has eight sides.
Athirappilly Falls is popular among tourists. Athirappilly Falls is one of the best places to visit in Kerala. Athirappilly Falls is a part of Chalakudy River and it is approximately 80 feet in height. Athirappilly is easily reachable from Chalakudy by taking a vehicle for rent or by bus from the Chalakudy private bus terminal. Proper precautions are taken on site to prevent mishaps while swimming and a police camp is always positioned there. Athirappilly is situated on the SH-21 highway connecting Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Night driving is not advised but you can enjoy the adventurous drive in the middle of the jungle. Another popular waterfall to visit is the Vazhachal Falls.
