Pranayama

Pranayama - control of prana (vital energy) through breathing exercises in yoga. Pranayama exercises are used to cleanse the so-called subtle body of impurities as well as to accumulate and transform vital energy. Pranayama improves blood circulation which leads to cleaning the internal organs and enhances the absorption of nutrients and the removal of toxins and toxins from the body. In ordinary life, your breathing is passive, while exhalation is incomplete, so toxins and poisons remain in the spongy folds of the lungs.

From an energetic point of view, this is mental garbage, feelings, and emotions trapped in the body. Pranayama is carried out due to the conscious regulation of the three elements of breathing: inhalation and exhalation (delay between them). Inhalation enriches the body with oxygen, exhalation removes used air, waste, and toxins, and holding your breath accumulates energy and spreads throughout the body. It is when the breath is held that the senses are distracted from external objects and attention is directed inward.

Breathing is a kind of bridge between consciousness and subconsciousness. Breathing helps to be aware of the present moment, to be here and now, which allows you to feel all the joy of life and stop inquiring into what has already happened and what has not, and worry about what has not happened and what has not happened yet. By calming the breath, you calm your omnipresent mind.

Kundalini yoga

This direction is also called the yoga of consciousness. It gives a person the ability to order their feelings and manage their emotions. That is to become more neutral, aware. It helps to get rid of unnecessary worries and thoughts, helps a person smoothly and effectively get out of difficult emotional states, makes the psyche more stable, restores the zest for life, and gives lightness.

The secret of this type of yoga lies in the name itself. Kundalini is the name of the energy concentrated at the base of the spine. And during classes, a person just wakes it up and releases it. In other words, it raises the energy up the spine, along the seven main chakras. What do you need energy for?

Of course, to achieve your goals and find your purpose, cosmo energy is the ability of a human healer (flow operator) to utilize high-frequency energy information channels that permeate the surrounding space at a higher frequency level - to heal, cleanse, and rid the human body and the environment of negative influences of negative programs accumulated within or brought in from without. The value of the retreat includes the stay, yoga classes, meditation, meals, drinks, and three Ayahuasca ceremonies.

Retreat location

The retreat will take place in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic. Las Terrenas' beaches are spectacular, with soft cream-colored sand and are the main tourist attraction of the municipality because they arouse the interest of visitors and residents. The colors of the most beautiful sands exist. They are used for bathing, taking photos, filming movies, and water sports due to the waves and the stability of the winds. It is located on the Atlantic coast, nestled on the northern coast of the Sierra de Samaná.

Las Terrenas beach is scenic. It looks like a postcard, full of coconut forests, and synonymous with the pure Caribbean. Las Terrenas is where the virginal geography is a song that seduces the tourist. The almost virgin beaches allow an absolute abandonment in the middle of vegetation of wildflowers totally strange for the outsiders, allowing themselves to be lulled by the song of some birds similar to blackbirds, called chinchulines.

The tiny fishing village of Santa Bárbara de Samaná, founded in 1756, has been transformed into a pure tourist village, but without losing its original air. There are excellent hotels and excellent gastronomy along the coast. The main economic activities of the municipality are tourism, commerce, and fishing. Las Terrenas has beautiful beaches: Playa Cosón, Playa Bonita, Playa Las Ballenas, Playa Perdida, Punta Poppy, El Portillo, Playa Estillero, Playa Morón, and Playa Limón.
