During this retreat, you will be staying in the huts at the most beautiful Arambol Beach, which are specially prepared for those who wish to attend yoga retreat courses. These huts are surrounded by coconut trees in a peaceful atmosphere. Every necessity is readily available so that you can enjoy every moment during the retreat. Ek Omkar Yoga Center has a restaurant in the school and there is a beautiful dining area to enjoy superb vegetarian meals. The beach huts are also equipped with lots of facilities that makes you feel at home.

By joining this yoga retreat, you will be provided with complete theoretical and practical knowledge of every aspect of yoga. The rules and regulations at Ek Omkar Yoga are enforced according to yogic life without loosing its spirituality. This yogic culture will help you to gain proper knowledge and to be able to practice this yogic culture.

The program is intended for both beginners and intermediate yoga students, which will bring students of all physical and mental levels together. Observing each other will help you learn more about different body types, strength levels, flexibility, and capability.

Instructors

Aman Walia
Aman Walia is a teacher of Ek Omkar Yoga center in Goa. He started his spiritual journey 10 years ago as a teenager when his brother introduced him to some of Osho’s teachings. With the zeal to learn more, he went to stay at Osho’s ashram in Pune. He has practiced yoga in several schools and is eager to share what he has learnt from others.
Shantam Baba
Shantam is a yogi, meditation teacher, and yoga awareness consultant. He was born into a spiritual family, so his journey with yoga and spirituality started from his home. Shantam has been Osho’s disciple. He lives in Goa teaching meditation and spiritual process. He has experience with teaching various meditation techniques of Vigyana Bhairava Tantra and countless techniques of cultivating awareness.
Gokul Singh
Gokul has a major experience in Ashtanga yoga, a dynamic form of yoga. He introduces people to yoga philosophy and teaches how to integrate philosophy with your practice for a complete yoga lifestyle. As far as his qualification is concerned, Gokul holds a master's degree in computer application and a master's degree in yoga.

Food

The price of this retreat includes three daily vegetarian meals. Meals will be served only on study-days.

Sample menu

  • Breakfast: coconut water, herbal tea, coffee, porridge, muesli, fruit salad, and salad
  • Lunch: yogic Indian food, non-spicy Indian thali which includes chapattis (Indian bread), vegetables, fruits, beans, sprouts, lentils, and curd
  • Dinner: light dinner is served with boiled vegetables, raw salad, and herbal tea
