Our yoga retreats gently introduce students to the concepts and practice of this ancient art. Emphasis is on relaxation, correct breathing, strength and flexibility whilst realigning the body. Care is taken with students that have back pain, injuries or a medical condition. You will be shown simple, effective postures to help relieve these disorders. The lessons are tailored to suit the individual, taking into account body type, age, level of fitness and experience.

For the advanced yoga practitioner or the general student wishing to extend their practice, a more dynamic flowing style of yoga is offered. The sessions combine elements of the Ashtanga, Iyengar and Hatha traditions, giving a complete physical workout, followed by a centring relaxation.
