Eco Yoga Park Buenos Aires

Our yoga and volunteer program is specially designed for those who want to experience an eco friendly way of life; you can take part in sustainable activities, such as organic farming, eco building, vegetarian cooking, etc., while at the same time experiencing the quietness and harmony afforded by yoga and meditation. It is also a great opportunity to meet a diverse range of people who come from all parts of the world to visit the park and exchange cultural experiences.

About us: Eco Yoga Village

We are a non-profit organization. We are seeking to help Mother Nature thanks to our Eco Yoga Villages around the world. In these Eco-Villages you can find big communities of people working together in order to accomplish the same goal. It is possible to learn about recycling, yoga, vegetarian food, agriculture and more! Besides, we need your help to make this world a better world.

Yoga and volunteering

Volunteers work for 4 1/2 hours a day in sustainable activities during the morning; the work consists of organic farming, eco-construction, eco tourism, helping in the kitchen, teaching English to members of the community, art, filming, teaching in rural schools (in case of long terms volunteers) and more. In the afternoon, they are free to take part in the Parks activities (hatha yoga, meditation with tibetan bells, music theraphy with oriental instruments, pranayama program, movies, etc.), or simply relax, read a book, or take a walk through the surrounding rural environment. All the year around, volunteers from all over the world come to the Park to discover their skills, get in contact with mother earth, help us improve our local community, get to know new people, learn Spanish and enjoy nature and the experience of living in our community.

"I have only positive things to say about Eco Yoga Park: the people were very friendly, the vegan food tasted amazing, comfortable accommodation, the balance of activities, leisure was good, and there were a great variety of yoga classes in different styles. I will always have very fond memories of the Christmas and New Years I spent there. I didnt know beforehand that the park is connected to the Hare Krishna, which made it even more interesting for me, but maybe it should be more clear in the descriptive text in any case. Highly recommended for all yoga practitioners and all people interested in alternative lifestyles and spirituality.", edited

"The Eco Yoga Villages and everybody there is one of the nicest and relaxing spots on Earth. I have stayed for 9 days and time was flying by. The balance between work and relaxation (yoga, meditation, free time) is perfect and equally strengthens the body and soul.Everybody was calm and so friendly to us volunteers and also the other volunteers have been a nice community. The food was amazing (I am not vegan and was very surprised how excellent the food was!); and it is great to know that most of the vegetables are fresh from the own garden. After a while the work in the garden became somewhat monotone, but we always had the opportunity to also help in the kitchen or clean the common areas - this made the work more diverse.I personally loved the peaceful silence, the dogs, and the garden at night when all fireflies gave it a fairytale atmosphere. All the best for this wonderful project! I miss the wonderful time in Argentina.", edited
