Each morning flow will leave you energized for the day while the afternoon classes are more gentle allowing you to wind down. Both sessions are designed to help you develop your own personal practice in order for you to continue on your yoga journey after the retreat. Through this retreat, you will have the opportunity to explore the holistic, spiritual, and physical aspects of life, experience community living, have personal counselling if you feel the need to let out, relax with individual sessions for support, and enjoy the nutritious wholesome meals to nourish your body. Earth Yoga Village's experienced teachers offer modifications as well as more advanced postures. You are always welcome to take a break, rest, and just breathe.
During the course of this program, you will have the opportunity to be engaged in a wide range of activities. However, you are coming to this retreat to do exactly what you want and only what you want, you are free to do as little or as much as you like. You are encouraged to participate, as the program is designed to help you relax, reconnect, and be in a blissful state of joy.
The schedule is just an overview of what your day will look like and you will also have a full day to yourself where you can choose to partake in any of the many classes, workshops, evening activities, or just be, explore, and breathe. At any time, you are also welcome to take advantage of the many therapies to rejuvenate or detox.

On your day of arrival, please feel free to check-in any time from 1:00 PM. On the day of departure you can prepare to leave after late breakfast and feedback around 11:00 AM.
During live the life you love and love the life you live workshop, you will gather to open your heart and mind with a focus on living the life you love and loving the life you live through various spiritual activities such as lectures, interactive discussions, different types of meditation, and questions and answers.
