Esak was born and raised in Boulder Colorado. In 2001 he attended Bikram’s Yoga College of India teacher training, and his priorities flipped. In 2005 he became the 1st male champion of the Bishnu Charan Ghosh Cup, an international yoga asana championship. Since then he has conducted yoga workshops, retreats, and trainings, all around the world. In 2006 he began to study A Course In Miracles, and Egyptian Mysticism. Esak is Founding board-member of USA Yoga and the International Yoga Sports Federation, the creator of Jedi Fight Club, and creator of the e84 Teacher Training Diploma Program.
