If you have been longing to escape the city life and spending quality time close to nature, this retreat is for you. Experience yoga in a study environment that will allow a one-on-one feedback from a highly qualified instructor. Get ready for a transformational journey that will take your yoga practice to a whole new level.
The accommodation options are on shared room basis. Private rooms are may also be available at additional costs. The training will be on a farm located high in the Alpujarras mountains. The farm not only grows its own organic vegetables and olive oil but also has goats, horses, and a peacock breeding sanctuary.

This intensive yoga teacher training has been carefully crafted for a small group of trainees who are ready for an in-depth learning experience. Upon finishing this training, expect to believe in yourself and your direction in life, be free from fear and limiting beliefs that keep you stuck, be more confident, and know how to set up as a yoga teacher.
You will have clarity on your yoga and meditation practice and you will be able to translate it into daily life and you will also know the resources and tools needed to continue expanding and refining your knowledge, skills, and practice after the training. Aside from training, on Sundays, you will have free time to explore the local area known for its fantastic hiking, spectacular mountain views, and isolated white villages.
You will have a total of 180 hours of yoga classes with instruction including ample time for individual questions and discovery. The retreat has a guaranteed small group size and you will be given personal attention with no more than 14 students. You will also get to enjoy three vegetarian meals daily, which are lovingly prepared from a rich array of fruits and vegetables grown on-site.
The program encompasses four modules and will provide the following:
You will start by diving into the history and philosophy of yoga and Buddhist yoga, in order to find out how are these ancient teachings and practices relevant in the context of contemporary lives. You will put the teachings into practice through a lab sequence and an introduction to meditation. These will be complemented by a thorough exploration of the anatomy of the physical and energetic bodies.
By the time you complete module one, your yoga practice will feel far more comprehensive and supported by the knowledge and techniques you have learned. You will be ready to approach teaching with wisdom and grounded confidence. Module one is also an incredible experience for those wanting to explore their own practice on a new level, even if you do not intend to become a teacher.
The second module builds on the knowledge of anatomy and the subtle body from module one and expands into sequencing a dynamic and intelligent class based on your knowledge of how the asanas and the body function together. You will learn a comprehensive list of yoga asanas or poses, healthy alignment, and safe and helpful adjustments.
By the end of this module you will be able to teach your fellow trainees a simple, challenging, and effective yoga class with a focus on breath, sequencing and alignment.
The third module, will give you tools to develop your own creativity and knowledge of asana variations. Each basic asana will be briefly reviewed and in this section you will learn modifications for special considerations like injury, extreme tightness, etc. You will also learn variations of each pose for a more challenging option or to give your students a different perspective.
In addition, you will be introduced to particular practices such as restorative practice, partner yoga, and yoga for women. By the end of this Module you will have the knowledge to teach a creatively sequenced class to mixed level and advanced students that will foster clear minds that is fully present in the energized and balanced body.
The fourth module covers all of the bases with practical advice and mentoring to give you the knowledge, confidence, and skills to be a responsible and compassionate teacher. You will discover and cultivate your own unique strengths as a yoga teacher and develop those strengths.
You will learn practical things to turn your love of teaching into a viable career. You will also practice teaching and receive honest, constructive feedback. You will end this segment and this training feeling empowered as a teacher and transformed as a person.
This teacher training is a combination of group and individual study and assessment. Personal practice, required reading, and a certain amount of written work are important components of the training. All components of the modules must be successfully completed in order receive a graduation certificate of excellence from the Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga Teacher Training School and will be eligible for a Yoga Alliance 200-hour RYT certificate.
On Sundays, you will have free time to explore the local area known for its fantastic hiking, spectacular mountain views, and isolated white villages.

Tatjana, the founder of Dynamic Mindfulness, is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher and a certified Shiatsu therapist. She runs a lively community of international yoga practitioners and teachers in Berlin, Germany. Through her down-to-earth approach to spirituality based on two decades of practice and study of yoga and Buddhism, she shakes up assumptions about physical practice, making it feel like an inner inquiry that extends far beyond the yoga mat.
Anya grew up by the sea on the coast of England and has been practicing yoga passionately for 12 years. Her experience is profound, having studied with countless teachers in centers across the world. She practices and teaches the whole path of Yoga to nourish both the body and mind by fusing its valuable, ancient philosophy with physical practice. She guides courses regularly in Berlin as well as teaching as a returning guest teacher in yoga schools in the United Kingdom, Bali, and Thailand.

Upon arrival at Granada Airport (GRX), you may take a bus to Orgiva station for 17 EUR. From Orgiva, Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga Teacher Training will pick you up and transfer you to the center.
