Dynamic Flow Yoga invites you bend, extend, and mindfully mend, during this wonderful retreat held at Oxon Hoath in Kent. Enjoy three daily yoga classes, delicious vegetarian meals, and tasty Easter treats and snacks at this magnificent manor house, which is only a short train ride away from London, surrounded by 73 acres of gardens in beautiful Kent countryside.
Oxon Hoath has 28 bedrooms, accommodating up to 50 people in total. Most bedrooms are twin but there are also several singles, doubles, and two family rooms sleeping three or four. Most rooms retain the original mansion proportions and have en-suite facilities. Those without have a bathroom close by. All rooms are centrally heated, simple, and comfortable. Prices are set accordingly per room, en-suite bathrooms and single rooms carry a supplement subject to availability.
You will be staying at the Oxon Hoath county estate. Built in 1372 as a stately home, Oxon Hoath opened in 1999 as a retreat and conference centre, with two beautiful yoga spaces from which Norman and Dina will offer a choice of yoga sessions.
The privately owned estate is just 20 minutes from the M25 but a million miles away from being a standard corporate hotel. Set in 73 acres of its own private grounds this historical, character venue offers a genuinely unique setting for meetings, conferences, and retreats that you wont really forget.

The price of this retreat includes three daily vegetarian meals accompanied by refreshments and Easter chocolate treats. Fresh seasonal vegetables, hand-picked from the delightful walled garden, will be part of your delicious dining experience at Oxon Hoath.
Since March 2013, they have been working long and hard to restore the resplendent two acre Georgian walled garden back to its historic purpose of providing abundant fresh fruit, flowers, herbs, and vegetables for the house and its guests.
The afternoons are free to relax, snooze, stroll, enjoy a rejuvenating massage, or explore the local area. At Oxon Hoath you can also enjoy a tour of the walled garden or you can watch a cookery class.
You will be able to get a massage on site for an extra price.
At the junction of the M25 and M26 highways, take the A21 South towards Sevenoaks and Hastings.
After about 10 miles, take the A26 towards Tonbridge.
Stay on the A26 through the industrial outskirts of Tonbridge following signs to Maidstone and then Hadlow.
As you enter Hadlow on the A26, turn sharp left into Carpenters Lane, about 150 yards past Hadlow Agricultural College on the left.
Stay on Carpenters Lane, bearing left at the two forks, for about a mile then turn right at the little crossroads into Oxenhoath Road.
The house is signposted about 500 yards on the right, landmarked by a white tudor-style lodge cottage at the entrance to the Estate.
Follow the drive over two cattle grids, until you see the house on your right. Please respect the speed limit of 15 miles per hour.
Take the train to Tonbridge from London Bridge, Charing Cross, East Croydon, or Gatwick. There is a good taxi rank at Tonbridge station. Oxon Hoath is about five miles away and the fare should be 16 to 18 GBP.
