Dina Cohen
Dina Cohen has been teaching Yoga since her initia training in Ibiza in 2000. It was an exercise in damage limitation rather than a premeditated career move. As a senior teacher, her offerings have evolved along with years of experience to include Yin and Restorative yoga, Qigong, Mindfulness, and yoga Nidra. She has held regular classes and workshops at the major studios around London including Triyoga and the Life Center. She is a mentor for trainee and new teachers, a member of faculty on several trainings and also works for the charity Ourmala, teaching yoga to refugees and asylum seekers.
