A yoga retreat during the week, to slow down and listen to yourself. Join this program to nurture your self and take a break from your reality, with the option of creating a new one. Every day starts with a soft Hatha yoga class, allowing you to listen your body, its needs, and its limits. You will explore the surroundings by walk or canoe and deep relax and meditate in the forest or with the Tibetan bowls. This retreat offers you a space let go of the tensions, enjoy your time and share with others, surrounded by nature with delicious non-dairy vegetarian food.
During the retreat, you will be staying at Club Gatineau. Located in an enchanting setting on the banks of the Gatineau River, it has five comfortable chalets and a dining room. Wi-fi is available in the dinning room few hours per day only. You can choose between a private room or a double room. Your cabin will be shared between maximum four people.
During the retreat, you will visit Miels d’Anicet, a local honeybee farm, restaurant and boutique in Ferme-Neuve. You will also visit Windigo Falls, have a water excursion to Serpent Waterfalls, and a walk to Cesar Waterfalls.
The retreat will take place in Club Gatineau, Ferme-Neuve, Canada. It is located in a beautiful scenery overlooking the majestic Gatineau River, in the vast wilderness of Quebec.
To reach the venue, on day 1, you will meet others at Miels d'Anicet, located 2 kilometers from Ferme-Neuve for a first meal. From there, the group will continue 65 kilometers in the forest (with your own vehicle), following each other.

During the retreat, you will be served three daily vegetarian meals as per itinerary. Lunch at Miels d’Anicet on the first day is not included in price.
During your free time, you can have a walk in nature, read in a hammock overlooking the river, canoe or kayak on the river, berry or mushroom picking. Massage or sound therapy is available at extra cost.
