Soundtracked with traditional flute and percussion, this unique, personalized meditation guides you through a profound body awareness practice, centered around the seven major "kaluluwa" (souls) and the corresponding body parts that they relate to – head, nose, mouth, eyes, ears, hands, and feet. Experience the power of this ancient Filipino practice as you reconnect with your innermost self on a deep, soulful level.
Release what no longer serves you and invite in fresh energies and intentions with ‘Palina’, a Filipino spiritual cleansing method that involves fumigation or burning of materials to ward off negative energies. Allow the transformative power of this ancient practice to envelop you as Batara expertly sweeps away all negativities and unwanted influences, purifying the space and restoring balance within yourself. This sacred practice is a gateway to renewed clarity, positivity, and profound transformation.
Indulge in Palina with tapal, a healing process where medicinal plants are applied to your body. The 'tapal' or 'patch' is thought to possess healing properties, removing negative energy and sharing spiritual strength for holistic improvement in both physical and spiritual well-being.
Immerse yourself in Palina with Ugong, a spiritual healing practice using vibrational sound. Unlike conventional methods, 'ugong' utilizes tones and voices to balance the body's energy and eliminate negativity. The resonance of sound vibrations is believed to enhance the potency of the healing process, offering a more robust and effective spiritual restoration.
Experience the transformative Bas-bas spiritual blessing, a personalized experience performed by Batara. This sacred ritual elevates your energy, fostering a harmonious flow in life and fortifying your perspective. Embrace this profound blessing for lasting benefits, gaining clarity, resilience, and renewed vitality on your spiritual journey.
A personal 1:1 oracle session. Through traditional Filipino scripts similar to runes, Batara will divine personalized messages meant just for you, providing you with insightful guidance and support on your unique journey.
Led by DRYFT's experienced teachers, you will be guided through a practice that combines mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. Their yoga styles include Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Hatha, Yin and more. Their classes are suitable for practitioners of any level, from beginner to advanced – modifications can be offered for those less or more experienced. Morning classes tend to be more dynamic, while evening classes have a slower flow or Yin.
