"Dru Youth Snowdonia Review"
I found all of the instructors amazing! They were so positive, knowledgable, friendly and encouraging. They taught us loads. The accommodation was very good, I was surprised when I saw it was much better than I expected, it was a lot like a hotel rather than a house. The food on the course was very nice, although I didnt stay vegetarian after I found it very healthy and also tasty most of the time.
The activities were all great especially the gorge walking, doing yoga outside was very nice as well. I also really enjoyed the performance we did on the last night it was great fun putting it all together and I was surprised how well it all turned out.
Also, the area around the house was phenomenal, imagine the definition of nature in picture form and that was were you were, it was great and very calming.
I also loved all of the meditation that we did, maybe we could do some more meditation outside next to the river for example.

When I booked the retreat I was just looking for something to compliment my running, i.e. a bit of stretching etc. I love walking and this weekend took my fancy.
The weekend was very well planned in my opinion. Yoga, relaxation, meditation in the mornings and walking in the afternoon with optional treatments in the evenings.
The accomodation was clean and tidy and adequate for our needs (I went with my sister0).
What I did not expect was to absolutely be totally inspired. I have found what I have been looking for ...
The principles behind Dru Yoga were explained in the beginners class I attended and I was fascinated.
I have never meditated before and found that, despite my misgivings and prejudice (sorry!) I was able to lose myself and just be in the moment.
I have been so inspired that I have signed up for a teaching qualification.
This starts next year, giving me time to practice and research. I am doing it for me, to become the best person I can be. It's never too late.

"Exceeded my expectations "
The location was lovely and the facilities were great. I really enjoyed every minute. I'm not vegetarian or vegan but the food was incredible. The people running the course were fab. Mully, Franie and Shona stood out. Brilliant relaxing, educational weekend.

"Sun in Wales"
The course was very well structured - varied activities led by different tutors. It suited people with very different experiences of yoga and offered individual suggestions for taking meditation and yoga practice forward. The outside session listening to the river will definitely stay with me. We were fortunate to experience blue sky and snow scattered peaks in welcome sunshine but whatever the weather outside it would have been a wonderful experience within. Thank you all

I liked the location, the food and friendly people. I liked the yoga sessions, talks and meditation as well as the walks. Sunday morning yoga was lovely and Monday morning outdoor yoga really good although too short. Teachers were nice. The yoga room was good.
