Accommodation

During this retreat, you will be staying at Hotel Rey Don Felipe in Punta Arenas for 1 night (on your first day) and at EcoCamp Patagonia in Puerto Natales for 6 nights.

Hotel Rey Don Felipe

Each room in Hotel Rey Don Felipe include several facilities, such as 24-hour room service starting from 7 a.m., electronic locks, a crib, a direct dial telephone, free Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), laundry services, a mini bar, a safe with electric lock, a smoke alarm, a TV cable, and a wake-up call.

EcoCamp Patagonia Standard Domes

Standard domes are the world’s first geodesic hotel room. Domes are resistant to the fierce Patagonian wind and have ceiling windows to look up at the stars as you fall asleep. Without heating but cozy and snug with fleece blankets, standard domes are the perfect home to return to after a day's journey.

Standard domes consist of double or twin beds with large and comfortable shared bathrooms divided by gender. Both male and female bathrooms have showers with ample space to dry and put on clothes, hot water, composting toilets, and hand wash basins.

The domes are decorated with a Patagonian decor and receive ample sunlight during the day. Towels are provided upon arrival and you are asked to use the same towels during their stay. In addition, standard domes do not have electricity. But, you can charge your cameras in community domes.

EcoCamp Patagonia Suites Domes

Suite domes cater to those looking to combine adventure and nature immersion. They are designed for sleeping in the highest level of comfort allowed by sustainable development in a natural untarnished environment. Suite domes are comfortable geodesic domes built in the same shape as the ancient Kaweskar tribe dwellings.

Suite domes consist of comfortable double or twin beds, a private bathroom with a state of the art composting toilet, and a modern low-emission wood stove. Electricity is very limited inside the domes. Therefore, hairdryers are not permitted, but laptops and cameras can be charged. Other facilities provided in Suite Domes include an open terrace to relax, an enclosed porch to hang wet clothing, and fully-equipped bathroom with a propane heater inside.

Shared room is not guaranteed unless another person books the same category and of the same gender. However, if no one shares the room, the client becomes responsible for single occupancy rate.
