Yoga Retreats (1)
Irene began practicing yoga in 2012. She traveled extensively through Europe, Asia, and Africa to experience and understand the philosophy and the benefits of yoga. She is very passionate about the idea that yoga can go beyond the mat and include every area of yogis life. Irene is an active supporter of social and conscious businesses and an advocate on a mission to redefine life success for this new era. Moreover, she is also a TEDx speaker and currently lives between Lisbon and Bali.
Lisa is an insatiable adventurer, a loving-life being with my yoga mat in one hand and my camera on the other. Lisa has been practicing yoga for almost a decade, but only in the recent years, her practice has become consistent leading her into that self-discovery journey of awareness that has little to do with the physical form of yoga. Lisa is also a sound healer, she associates the benefits of asanas, pranayama and meditation to the healing power of sound and vibrations of the Tibetan Bowls. She works with local charities in the Himalayas which support Women Empowerment.

"An amazing adventure."
This was my first time travelling alone and all the organisers we're very supportive and adaptable to change events to suit the group. Both Irene and Lisa we're easy to get along with and put their hearts and souls into making this retreat an amazing memorable experience.

"Seven days of happiness, love and magic"
This yoga retreat program was the greatest gift that I’ve ever made to myself. Lisa and Irene have been amazing both as yoga teachers and in organising the whole journey. What I liked the most, is that connection with local people and local community. Bali is a beautiful place with beautiful (inside and outside) people. Irene and Lisa organised activities, which brought us closer to Balinese culture. The food was delicious - cooked with love and imagination.
The journey is now over; however, when I close my eyes and I remember all those moments in Bali with Lisa, Irene and other co-travelers, I just want to go back in time in order to live this experience again. This is not possible, so I’m looking forward to the next retreat program. Hopeful it’s coming soon!!!
