"Great retreat in Sri Lanka a"

Irene is such a positive and luminous person. She is a great yoga teacher and worked hard to organise this retreat and make us feel comfortable and happy throughout the week. I discovered a lot of things about myself both in the yoga classes and the workshops. The group was really nice and we bonded well together. I also liked the balance between down time and group activities which were varied. I loved the yoga classes and most of the workshops. Great sunsets on the beach.

The location was really beautiful and the Vegan food was extraordinary. Kudos to the two chefs Sandra and Tinita. Staying in a house rather than a hotel made me feel at home. The house is very well decorated, there’s a great vibe there and living with the hosts, their children and the dog made me feel part of the family.

"An amazing adventure."

This was my first time travelling alone and all the organisers we're very supportive and adaptable to change events to suit the group. Both Irene and Lisa we're easy to get along with and put their hearts and souls into making this retreat an amazing memorable experience.

"Seven days of happiness, love and magic"

This yoga retreat program was the greatest gift that I’ve ever made to myself. Lisa and Irene have been amazing both as yoga teachers and in organising the whole journey. What I liked the most, is that connection with local people and local community. Bali is a beautiful place with beautiful (inside and outside) people. Irene and Lisa organised activities, which brought us closer to Balinese culture. The food was delicious - cooked with love and imagination.

The journey is now over; however, when I close my eyes and I remember all those moments in Bali with Lisa, Irene and other co-travelers, I just want to go back in time in order to live this experience again. This is not possible, so I’m looking forward to the next retreat program. Hopeful it’s coming soon!!!

The leaders arranged great cultural experiences in the local community with an emphasis on supporting women’s economic capital. Great opportunity to meet, share and connect with so many interesting women from around our globe. The leaders passion for Ubud and the local people.
