Included excursions

Yoga hike

For Friday afternoon, Down Dog Sedona has planned a yoga hike! Participants will be leaving the property and traveling to a trail to hike to a location to hold a yoga practice on the land.

Down Dog Sedona is permitted for operation on the Coconino National Forest by the U.S. Forest Service, and depending on the group size, they may need to divide the group into two smaller groups for the hike and yoga.

If you do not want to practice yoga, they ask that you stay near the group so participants can all stay together on the hike back to the transportation.

Vortex healing tour on the land

On Saturday morning, participants will all travel to a vortex location for a healing tour on the land. In the evening, Down Dog Sedona has a group dinner planned. Dinner is not included in the retreat rate.

Retreat location

Participants will be staying in West Sedona, at a hotel within walking distance to Down Dog Sedona, Whole Foods, and several restaurants and shops with views of Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot, Chimney Rock, and Airport Mesa. The beauty of staying in West Sedona is that it is the heart of Sedona, and it is where the locals live.

If you choose to not rent a car, you will be able to walk to or easily get to spa appointments, aura readings, or any other services or activities you plan to do in your free time without any commuting issues in West Sedona!

There are also trailhead shuttles as well as a town shuttle that will take you to most major attractions if you want to go outside of the immediate area.

Across the street from the hotel is Picazzo's Healthy Italian Kitchen Sedona, which has gluten-free and vegan options as well as a full menu. Another favorite is the ChocolaTree Organic Eatery, which has a beautiful outdoor garden and turmeric golden milk, as well as The Angel Kitchen, which offers rice bowls and ramen, just to name a few places that are within a five-minute walk.

Included are breakfast at the hotel and lunch (attendees will receive a 100 USD gift card to use as deemed necessary for lunch or other incidentals).

The following meals are included:
