Donna's life was changed by Ashtanga yoga. The physical and mental benefits of daily practice have rewarded her with strength, flexibility, and focus. As well as traditional Mysore style classes, she teaches led classes that aimed at all levels from the complete beginner to those wishing to complete the intermediate series. She also runs regular workshops and retreats for those wishing to further their understanding of the practice. Her aim is to teach in a way that makes Ashtanga yoga accessible to everyone and ensuring that they also have fun along the way.
Sam is the mountain leader, guiding participants throughout rock climbing and walking activities.
