Charlotte is a motivated Yoga Instructor with advanced training in yoga and specialisation in Sivananda principles. She has been inspiring others to improve wellness & commit to long-term health and fitness goals for over 19 years. Charlotte has studied the art of meditation extensively with Burgs, whose teachings have helped in her development as a yoga instructor & have enabled her to bring much more to a yoga class in the art of breath & relaxation. She teaches students correct postures to ensure maximum benefit & safety, & provides guided meditation at the beginning & end of each class.
Bonnie is a registered Yoga Teacher & Yoga Therapist at the 700-hour level who received her certification from the Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga & Ayurveda in Boulder, Colorado in Classical style yoga. Over the years of her personal practice, she has participated in other styles of yoga to include Jivamukti, Iyengar, & Ashtanga. She has over 30 years of teaching experience in a variety of settings to include large & small groups, private one-on-one, yoga therapy, teaching in health clubs, fitness centers, community centers, and rehabilitation facilities.
Olivia’s experience in movement & knowledge of the body started from a young age through the medium of dance. It wasn’t until she started her professional training at London Contemporary Dance School that she began to practice yoga despite having a family full of yoga teachers! It seemed a natural progression to become a teacher and completed her 200hr Teacher training with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Academy. Her classes are the middle ground between a traditional Hatha class & the creative elements of dance/yoga flow. Focus is found on breath & correct alignment in order to heal & strengthen.

Dolphin’s Leap is an incredibly beautiful and peaceful place to relax and reconnect with yourself. First, photographs can’t truly capture how stunning the location is. There are so many places to relax and enjoy the views, whether from the pool, the sea platform, or the terrace. Second, the yoga sessions with Bonnie were perfect. She was warm and encouraging to everyone, and always had new poses to try so that each class was unique (not easy with 11 classes over the course of the week). The classes were challenging but I felt mentally and physically refreshed and inspired after each one. Third, the food and accommodations were excellent. Every meal was delicious and healthy with fresh and local ingredients. The rooms were comfortable and airy, with large windows providing natural light and sea views. Pippa and Nick are wonderful hosts with so much interesting information about the house and the area. It was an amazing week.

"Lieu idyllique "
L'endroit très reculé et donc merveilleusement calme et beau.
I spent a week at Dolphin's Leap after traveling around Greece. I didn't really know what to expect, and it far surpassed even my high expectations! It was just what I needed -- a perfect balance of relaxation and time for reflection, with small indulgences (yes, you can sleep in if you want, and there is wine at dinner!) and great company. The hosts, Pippa and her two daughters, were lovely and made all the guests feel so taken care of. Everything was a breeze from transportation (they helped me book the bus to/from Athens and taxi to/from Volos), to arranging extras like the yacht cruise and spa treatments on the facilities. Details were always looked after and lots of information provided leading up to the retreat. The location is unique and tranquil. They really make you feel at home. The food was delicious, vegetarian, and healthy. The yoga with Molly was excellent. I liked that they kept this retreat small -- only 8 guests in total. So everyone got to know each other. I was even more impressed that there were 2 morning yoga classes to accommodate different levels of experience. It allowed for very personal attention and adjustments. I enjoyed the free time to just unwind/sunbathe/read and forget about everyday worries. Many guests were return guests and I could see why. I'm already thinking of when I can go back!
