For Rosie, yoga is a journey. Over the years, she has unrolled her mat to study and practice Aerial, Ashtanga, Bikram, Feldenkrais, Forrest, Hatha, Pilates, Power, Restorative, Scaravelli, Sports, SUP, Yin, and Vinyasa yoga in South America and South East Asia. She is not wedded to one style of yoga because she likes to take inspiration from many forms of movement and physical therapy to create varied sessions.
