Swami Yoganand is one of these rare yogis who you can't describe or capture in words. By the age of 8 swami Yoganand would sit for 5 hours in deep meditation in the lotus pose. His guidance, spiritual care, and love are boundless and his answers always straight to the truth, in all simplicity.

Irene is a teacher at Divine Light retreats, yoga teacher trainer, healer and new mum. She’s been teaching internationally for 17 years since she was initiated in yoga and meditation by Swami Yoganand Parivrajak in the Brahmrishi Lineage in India. Irene’s mission is to spread the eternal and divine knowledge as passed on by the masters as much as possible in a very accessible, fun and pure way, whilst inspiring, guiding and coaching individuals to walk this sacred path back to themselves.
