Hotel Pelagos is located at Baxedes of Oia in the island of Santorini where you will find all the beauty and calmness for your relaxation. The hotel consists of three detached traditional Cycladic buildings that are architecturally inspired by local houses. During the retreat, you will be provided with studio rooms, the best and finest room available in Hotel Pelagos.

Studio rooms can be filled with a maximum of four persons, where each room is spacious and comfortable. Some of them dispose as well of a sofa. Room facilities include a private patio or terrace, Wi-Fi and internet, W/C, shower, television, telephone, fridge, a hair dryer, and a safe.


This retreat program will be guided by Diane Lee who is famous for her Hatha and Hot yoga training method. Santorini is the perfect fit to try her unique blend of Hatha, flow and dynamic styling, learned from the world's best teachers and constant studying.

Hot yoga is a series of Hatha yoga postures in a heated room of between 80 to 90 degrees Celsius. The series of Hatha yoga postures, all in one sequence, will steadily help you experience cardiovascular improvements, strength, stamina, core, and restorative training.

The energy cycle works through a series of specifically designed postures that induce heat and intensely stretch muscles in every part of the body. It promotes more mental focus, concentration, and full relaxation.

Diane is a senior yoga teacher, who teaches students to become teachers. Her depth of experience and wonderful revitalizing dynamic Hatha morning practices are followed by a fresh, organic Greek breakfast. The evening classes are more relaxed and restorative, allowing time to bask in the beauty of the soothing environment.

The retreat will be held in Santorini, one of the Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea, in Greece. Santorini, one of the Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea, was devastated by a volcanic eruption, which has shaped the cliff edges. With whitewashed houses, the retreat is just outside one of its two main towns, Oia.

Santorini offers agricultural produce of exquisite quality and incomparable taste due to both its unique climate and volcanic soil. The philosophy of the restaurant is the use of local produce with biological cultivation which means there is no need adding any artificial fertilizers, pesticides, or growth accelerators.

During the retreat, you will be provided with a wide range of Greek traditional dishes using some locally produced organic ingredients such as cherry tomatoes, white aubergines, local cucumbers, round zucchinis, string beans, grapes, figs, melons, and watermelons, for breakfast and dinner.
