How is the practice?

They will use yoga, meditation, mantra chanting, thai massage, one session of ecstatic dance, play and writing to guide you to get in touch with your body and emotions, reflect on them and find a state of peace.
In addition to physical training, you will receive a profound revitalization by caring for and enjoying a protected natural area and sharing with a healthy community. We invite you to reflect on the sunsets.
