Her love for yoga since she was 19 and the persistence from her teacher made her decide years later to attend and qualify from a CPT 100 hours in Portsmouth (England) and Yoga Kids 95 hours. She is also a member of FRYOG. She is the CEO and founder of sunathens and cofounder of Bright Light Workshops. Moreover, she is also an experienced teacher with children in the spectrum of autism and Asperger syndromes.
Fotini originally studied a 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training course (Heiron Kentavros) and then a 100-hour Anusara yoga training course with Todd Tessen, Sianna Sherman, Naime Jezzeny, Sue Elkind, and Douglas Brooks. She attended several seminars at many yoga schools so as to gain more experience. Her journey to India gave her a strong push. Her love for kids motivated her to study 300-hour diploma in Yogakids International U.S.A. and 320-hour Rainbow Family and Community Yoga Teacher Training in Tuscany, Italy.
Alexandra Denkinger, acupuncture therapist (M.D.Acu), yoga teacher and inspired Body-Mind-Soul Bio-Hacker, dedicated to helping people empower themselves to live the most authentic, healthy life possible. In her Yin yoga sessions, she integrates the ancient wisdom of Acupuncture Meridians and Chi flow in a meditative yoga practice. In a Daoist or Zen way, the focus is on the value of breath, insight, and intuition supporting a lifestyle that feels in alignment with our deepest self.
Shibani has vast experience teaching Hatha yoga in India and overseas. She has been trained in Hatha yoga by the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Kerala, India. Her specializations are in Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, mindfulness, pranayama, and chanting techniques. She is able to guide and counsel clients on yoga postures or asanas best suited for their body type and lifestyle.
Disha is a yoga teacher with an RYT 900 hours in classical yoga and RYT 200 hours in Ashtanga Vinyasa registered with Yoga Alliance. She is a Vipassana meditator, Reiki healer, and inner work facilitator.
Inka has been exploring the world of yoga for more than 20 years. She studied Hatha, Vijnana, and is a devoted Mysore Ashtanga. She has a degree in Sanskrit and Eastern studies and completed her teacher training course and various apprenticeships in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. Inka travels the world teaching yoga and working as a professional Thai massage therapist.
Deboshree Roy Chowdhury
Deboshree Roy Chowdhury is a professional aerialist and dancer with a background of over 10 years spent in training. She has trained in yoga all through her dancing career and specializes in Hatha yoga and Aerial Flow certified by the UK Yoga Alliance. He has been teaching extensively and passionately to help people become stronger and more connected to themselves.
Mona, originally from Germany but living in Spain and India, has been working as a body-worker for over 20 years. She is an experienced teacher certified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin yoga. Moreover, she has been practicing as a holistic massage therapist.
Gunnar has undertaken trainings in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow and Yin. He continues to broaden his capacity in meditation and pranayama. He incorporates the many decades of experience working as a sports coach in his style of conveying yoga to his students. Gunnar focuses on teaching his students the proper way of breathing.
Teaching Acro yoga is a beautiful challenge and an opportunity that the Universe gave me. I have taught in yoga retreats, private and group classes, also in circus conventions in Uruguay and Paraguay with Arturo, my partner.

Arya Murty belongs to a spiritually inclined family. He started the mantra yoga practice at the age of 18. His mantra-based meditation practice is connected with Ganesha, Shiva, and Shakti. He was in Swami Dayananda Ashram for three years as a residential student (Bramhachri). He studied the Bhagavad-Gita, Yoga Sutras, and other spiritual texts. A residential student of Sivananda Ashram guided him in improving his yogic practices.
Agyat’s life was transformed in 2013 when he discovered the teachings of Osho. After leading a busy chaotic life and a stressful career, Agyat moved into Osho’s commune in Pune where he practiced the daily art of meditation for two years and practiced meditation daily. His personal transformation during this time was so profound that he chose to dedicate his life to the teachings and practices of Osho, becoming a disciple and sharing the path with others. Agyat transitioned into the Himalayas to another Osho commune where he met some of the best Osho therapists.
Yugesh is a Master Trainer of NLP certified from International Association of NLP Institutes Berlin, Germany. He has been also trained by Sue Knight and International NLP trainer and from other top trainers. He has been giving NLP training, retreats and coaching for more than 10 years in India and all over Europe and Russia. Yugesh is also a Yoga teacher and Reiki master and has 18 years of teaching experience. NLP has been a passion for him. He is also a rock climber, mountaineer, traveler and a Yogi.
Tapashi Devchoudhury was introduced to yoga at an early age by her parents. While her father taught her asanas, her mother taught her subtleties of Hindu philosophy, Sanskrit mantras, and their meanings. She has since had various trainings in different traditions to deepen her understanding of the human body and mind. She teaches meditation, mantra chanting, and asanas apart from more subtle yogic practices of energetic gestures (mudras) and locks (bandhas). Her yoga classes offer a taste of all of these in simple, meditative, and fluid movements.
Ana Lucía Fariña
Ana Lucía Fariña is native of Costa Rica, a musician, and a yoga instructor graduated from Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica where she received her 500hrs certification in 2009-2010 and deepened her yoga studies in India and the west with diverse teachers focusing mainly on Iyengar and Hatha. She currently teaches YTT 200 and 300-hour YTT programs in Bali and Costa Rica. Coming from a musician family, she has been playing piano, guitar, and singing from an early age. She currently practices Bhakti yoga through devotional mantra chanting, kirtan, and bhajans.
