Jessica Della is a forever student, passionate teacher, and happy yogi. She was introduced to yogic sciences almost a decade ago and have since then integrated this ancient knowledge as a way of life. She's been teaching yoga for over 3 years now: from individuals, families, injury recovery, privates, semi-privates to large groups. She has also taught in yoga studios, resorts, and private and corporate events in Australia, Canada, and India.
Veronique Lambert understood early that she needed to be moving and playing lots in order to feel whole. She turned to yoga more than a decade ago, when she put an end to her volleyball career at a competitive level. During her volleyball years, she gained great knowledge about the human body and high level training. Her yoga journey started gradually, but literally became a way of life in 2018, when she undertook an 800-hour yoga teaching certification in Australia. Her classes have been labeled “poetic” by some, maybe due to the fact that she is also a writer. Her teaching style is oriented
