Ayurveda uses all methods to re-balance, such as the use of particular foods, herbs, colors, attitudes, yoga, pranayama, and meditation. You will discover your own unique nature, while also tapping into the awareness of oneness which you all are, beyond the physical and mental body. You will spend these days in the retreat learning hands-on tools for daily self-care according to your Ayurvedic type (dosha) and present balance as well as food tips for self-healing and for your family.
The retreat will give you daily group sessions of guided yoga and pranayama (working with the breath to experience the no-mind state or higher levels of consciousness), meditation, and noble silence to reflect along with Ayurvedic talks to give you a new way of understanding yourself and life. You will go home with a heightened sense of awareness, a new perspective, and inspiration for your daily life back home.
This retreat is recommended for:
- Anyone who has experienced a burn-out and needs to recharge and gain insight on how to avoid future burn-outs
- People who are starting on their path and want to incorporate yoga, meditation, and yogic philosophy into their new path
- Yoga students who want to learn how to create a lifestyle that is right according to their own individual nature
- Yoga teachers that would like to be able to offer deeper and more individual attention and advice to their students
When you learn the fundamental keys to your own personal mental and physical nature though Ayurveda, your life becomes a smoother ride as you learn to recognize through symptoms expressed physically and mentally, and you will have the knowledge of how to re-balance yourself.
Life is not something static and is not one straight line. It is a daily dance that gives you all sorts of unexpected changes and shifts. When you can stay open to the journey and have the wisdom of how to adjust to the flow as it comes, you can keep your inner scales balanced and experience life to the fullest potential.
