I've done yoga for years but never consistently. I used to love bikram yoga and more active yogas. Yoga for the mind was not really something I ever thought about or sought out until my friend told me about Delight Yoga and its restorative yoga classes. The classes and teachers are great, and the facilities are extremely comfortable. They take care of you all around-- body, mind and soul.

I started going to yoga to help manage my back pain. I have nerve pain in all four limbs of my body and my face. It's definitely helped mentally.

I really enjoy this studio as I've only been used to going to yoga at whatever gym I was part of it. Going to a studio dedicated solely to yoga provides for more support in the practice.

Delightyoga is oriented from the top to deeper principles of yoga. From business structure, to staffing, to guest experience, sincerity and love is behind this large yoga business.

Bringing the teachings of how to embrace our humanity with wisdom to more people is the essence of purpose of Delightyoga. Their serious and prestigious front serves that purpose. Making yoga appealing and accessible without selling out.

One can start yoga there and progress on a personal journey with the variety of styles and intensity of classes they offer. Delightyoga offers the stability of weekly routine (for gradual change is the only realistic way) or offer life changing events with the workshops, retreats and trainings.

The Inner Peace Conference is testimony (if the slickest yoga school in Amsterdam is not enough) to the high aspirations held by the team. An event that bring local and international masters together to present and give direct experience of the many great teachings we have as a human culture to transform our world from the inside out.

Delightyoga; you have my great admiration. Thank you.

You won't find studios more beautiful and serene than the many Delight locations. The roster is impressive, boasting not only a variety of styles, but also a spectrum of wonderful teaching personalities. The only fault I can find (if there is one) is that some classes can be quite large. If you want to focus on your practice relatively uninterrupted, then you're all good! If you want to receive more direction in your practice, just be sure you go consistently to the same teacher/class, or choose smaller classes. In any case, I wish I lived closer to a Delight studio, and I'd recommend it to everyone who has access.

Positive experience from website, reception, to Vinyasa class and instructor. Enjoyed a glass of cucumber water before class and a moment after with a cup of hot ginger tea.
