Before the retreat begins, you'll have a one-on-one online meeting where you'll discuss your goals, preferences, and any specific needs you have for your retreat experience. This personalized session allows me to tailor everything—yoga practices, meditation techniques, recipes, and other elements—to suit you. Following the discussion, YveYoga will create a detailed document outlining everything, including the exact yoga postures, meditation scripts, and clean eating recipes that will be part of your retreat. This document will be yours to keep, ensuring you have a comprehensive guide for your wellness journey.
Before your retreat an online or onsite trial lesson is included to help me better understand your needs and personalize your experience.
Yve will welcome you at 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. That evening and again the next, you'll enjoy a delicious homemade meal made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, followed by a peaceful meditation session to end your day on a serene note.
Throughout your stay, you will be my only guest and your program will be entirely customizable! While the yoga and meditation sessions are pre-scheduled, you have the freedom to choose when you'd like to enjoy your brunch and dinner. Mornings begin with freshly brewed tea or a detox juice, followed by a revitalizing yoga session. Afterward, a wholesome breakfast or brunch will be served at your preferred time.
Each day features an hour of private yoga in the morning, and in the evening you can relax with a meditation session Yoga Nidra or both.
