You do not need to be an experienced or a serious yogi to join this retreat at all levels are welcome and encouraged. However, it does help to try an intro class before you come.
Yogi Dani has had men and women of all ages and backgrounds joined his retreats. Some guests bring their partners, and they can choose which excursions and practices they would like to participate in.
A great deal of time was spent thoughtfully curating the retreats, and to optimize your experience, Yogi Dani encourages you to let go, step out of your comfort zone, and have faith in their program. However, they understand everyone is on their own journey, and this is your trip, so if you would like to do your own thing at certain times, please explore. They just ask that you be respectful to others and their journey.

You will be given The Bow method student manual, which includes Yogi Dani's philosophy on the chakras through guided activities, group discussions, and daily questions to answer. Each retreat day is in alignment with the seven chakras. Learn to navigate through all aspects of yourself, in an in-depth and fun way to create a more balanced and mindful life moving forward.
Spring Equinox celebration is a celebration of the 108 sun salutations to honor the transition of the season. Like nature, you move through cycles, and on this day of the retreat, you can take the time to celebrate all that you have learned, lost, gained, and how much you have grown in the last season. Take time to reflect and set intentions on what you'd like to cultivate moving forward. The night will end with a private party, in a unique, and intimate setting.
Start your day at Lake Wanaka, about an hour north of Queenstown to explore its quaint town and beautiful scenic views. Danielle began yoga as a way to exercise and cross train for her dance career. After she started to have a regular yoga practice, she realized it has a transformation effects, not only on the body, but on the mind and spirit. The challenging and empowering Power Vinyasa inspired her a new passion which led her to become a teacher. She received her 200 and 500-hour training at Sid Yoga Center in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been leading retreats since 2015 and teaches to inspire growth and union while delivering a challenging flow, leaving you feeling connected, open, and free.

It is rumored that gold prospectors were captivated by the majestic beauty of the surrounding mountains and rivers, which gave this cosmopolitan town its name. Queenstown is the gateway to the Central Otago region where you will find 200 vineyards within a 40-minute drive of the town center. The Central Otago wine region is made up of six sub-regions which are the Gibbston, Cromwell, Pisa, Lowburn, Bannockburn, Bendigo, Wanaka, and Alexandra, all producing world-class wines. This tour costs 140 USD per person.
Please book your flight to arrive at Queenstown Airport (ZQN). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. Please arrive by Saturday, March 17, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. and departure will be on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at your own discretion. Yogi Dani can help arrange transportation for you during the retreat dates, any other time is your responsibility.
