Yoga Vimoksha bietet eine international zertifizierte RYT 200-Stunden Yogalehrer Ausbildung in der Yoga Schule im Beach House in Goa an. Alle Lehrerausbildungen basieren auf dem Hatha Yoga System, einer klassischen Yoga Praxis. Wir folgen dem Sivananda Hatha Yoga Stil und glauben, dass YogalehrerInnen viel über zeitgenössische Yoga Stile wissen sollten. Yoga Vimoksha offers air-conditioned deluxe rooms at their associate property with attached bath and television, just near the beautiful beach of Sernabatim in Goa. The rooms are single occupancy or twin sharing occupancy accommodation which is subject to availability.

%Yoga Vimoksha also offers a camping option. However, it is not available during the raining season.



Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance UK or USA for RYT 200. Registration with Yoga Alliance UK or USA for RYT 200 provides a globally recognized credential. Students who complete their subsequent trainings are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

The yoga teacher training course

  • Vinyasa flow (Core Vinyasa, intermediate/ Power Vinyasa)
  • Mantra chanting and meditation.
  • Modifications, other variations and advance variation of all postures.
  • How to use yoga props like block, strap and wall in your yoga practice.
  • Observation and feedback on your personal practice by teachers everyday immediately after the asana class.
  • Enough class on Partner yoga (couple yoga), Yin yoga and intro to Prenatal yoga.
  • Yoga therapy: lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, eyes, stress, weight reduction, diabetes, heart and hypertension, vertigo.
  • Method, principle, sequencing, adjusting, benefits and cautions of yoga postures.
  • Pranayama (breathing techniques), Bandhas (Yogic locked) and Yogic Shatkarmas / Kriyaa (cleansing techniques).
  • Learning to teach yoga classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels students.
  • Anatomy, physiology and physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga.
  • Basic Ayurveda, nutrition and the yogic diet.
  • Introduction of chakras, nadis and mudras.
  • Yoga philosophy (eight Limbs of Ashtanga-yoga) with Patanjali yoga sutra.
  • Teaching practicum


The Internationally Certified RYT 200-hour yoga teacher training certification course taught in Vimoksha yoga is divided into seven parts.

  • Technique: includes the training and practicing of asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, and meditation.
  • Teaching: includes the training and teaching of demonstration, observation, assistance/correction, instruction, teaching styles, and learning about qualities of a yoga teacher and the student’s process of learning.
  • Anatomy and physiology: includes the study of physical anatomy, the skeleton, organs and muscles, cardiovascular system, Pancha Kosha, and nutrition.
  • Philosophy and ethics: this part includes the study of yoga scriptures, ethics for yoga teachers, life of a yogi.
  • Practicum: In these hours, the students have to observe and assist classes lead by the main teacher and also teach by themselves.
  • Karma yoga: the students have to help to run the yoga-school. Includes office work, organization and public relations.
  • Self-practice: study of recommended books and participating in discussion and practice of all the above mentioned topics.

Objective of the course:

  • To let the students reflect and experience yoga “A Way of Life” and not just merely practices to be done in some hours a day.
  • To motivate the students to become good yoga Sadhaka (practitioner) and start working on the path of yoga that brings transformation and not simply a change and helps them to acquire a sound body, a superior mind and a higher spiritual consciousness.
  • To prepare well trained yoga teachers to teach yoga to school students and young adults without any health problems.
  • To develop overall personality of the learners.
  • To motivate students to take up teaching yoga as a profession.


  • Minimum six months yoga practitioner only apply for YTTC course
  • Those who are really serious to do YTTC or self practice only apply for YTTC .
  • YTTC is not for broken bones or serious medical issues.
  • YTTC is not for leisure purpose.

Duration of the course

  • The course is designed over a period of four weeks with 200 hours.
  • The course will be conducted five and a half days in a week from 06:30 to 18:00
  • The course is with residential facilities.
  • The food provided will be Satwik and wholesome.

Manuals, workbooks, and the required information are provided. You will also have access to the library which will have most of the suggested books regarding yoga and wellness. You will also be able to buy some of the books from us for your future reference. One day before starting of the course, your stay at our center is complimentary.

In order to attend the orientation program, one should arrive at least a day before starting of the course by 15:00. On the last day of the course, the graduation ceremony finishes by 21:00, therefore, departure should be planned one day after completion of the course.

Acharya Reejo Joy
Reejo ist ein zertifizierter Fitnesstrainer und Masseur. Er ist spezialisiert auf Restorative Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Lachyoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga und andere Stile. Reejo praktiziert seit fünf Jahren Hatha Yoga und in den letzten drei Jahren Ashtanga Yoga. Er hat einen großes Yoga Wissen durch Bücher, Lehrer, Schriften, Reisen und Umgebungen. Er möchte sich auf die gesundheitlichen Aspekte seiner Schüler konzentrieren. Er bewegt sich zu den spirituellen Aspekten des Yoga und bewahrt die Essenz des Hatha Yoga, ohne dabei die Absicht zu ändern.
Yogi Neeraj Kumar
Yogi Neeraj Kumar praktiziert seit mehr als 15 Jahren Yoga und Meditation. Er hat ein Diplom-Abschluss in der Yoga-Wissenschaft vom Shree Jay Ram Ashram, Rishikesh. Sein Interesse liegt darin, dem spirituellen Weg zu folgen und sein wahres Ich durch spirituelle Mythologien und Studien zu kennen. Er reiste zu den wichtigsten Orten in Indien und lehrte Yoga und Meditationskurse. Kumar beherrscht die Kunst von Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Thai Yoga und Therapeutischem Yoga. Bei Yoga Vimoksha leitet er Yoga, Meditationskurse und Retreats.
Yogi Sachendra Panwar (Sachin)
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Yoga)
Sachin is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher. He is from Rishikesh (Capital of yog). Feeling inspired by the positive vibes of the Himalayas he began his yoga practice. He continued to learn and has strengthened his practice under different Yoga Gurus. He completed his P.G. Diploma in yogic science. Also, currently pursuing his Master’s in Yogic Science. He is a multi-style yoga teacher who has great approach towards his teachings He specializes in asana alignment. Meditation/pranayama, mantra chanting, shatkarma asana classes (Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, & yogic anatomy)
Arbind Kumar
On completing his B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education), he started learning and exploring different yoga techniques and the different types of yoga meditation like Transcendental meditation, guided meditation, Chakra meditation, yoga Nidra, and others. Arbind successfully completed his P.G. Diploma in Yoga Therapy from the Government College of Yoga Education & Health, Chandigarh. He has specialized in Cultural yoga style, Hatha yoga ‘a system of physical exercises and breathing control used in yoga’. Current Hatha yoga types are Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Power yoga.
