"I have been to Ayampe many times, this is my first time staying here. Everything was perfect, really nice spacious private room, communal kitchen and spaces, little deck to practice yoga in the am, the vibes are super mellow. It's quiet and private, love waking up and being right on the beach to check the surf. Super convenient and easy, close to everything. Everyone is super friendly. It's the perfect simple spot if you want to have a quiet time, or socialize and meet cool like minded people. I will keep coming here for sure! and the host are amazing!!!"

"Our stay at la casa was amazing. If you are looking for a quiet place where you can just be and relax - its the right place! It is situated directly at the beach which is stunning. The atmosphere was always very nice and almost felt like "family". The hosts, Arian and Jose, are great!! They are very kind and helpful all the time. We enjoyed the yoga classes, the "la casa family dinner" and the time with Mokha very much! "

"The one and only thing we didnt like that much was that constructions were going on during our stay so we had the construction noise from 8 am 6 days a week and didnt know in advance but even that didnt let us enjoy the time there less. "

"We would love to come back to la casa another time but then maybe in december with much more sun :)."

"la casa in Ayampe with the wonderful hosts Arian and Jose is just a treat for everyone who loves the ocean and nice community of people. We stayed for a whole month on the rooftop suite and felt like we had the best place on the promenade! ocean view and nice breeeze all around, plenty of space for yoga and swinging in the hammocks and these two were very helpful and attentive to any questions and needs we had. "

"Thank you again for this memorable time and good luck and continuation!"

"Arian and Jose made La Casa surf and yoga an absolute treat. Jose offered to rent me his own surfboards and all of my needs (cleaning everyday, laundry, surf board rental) were met effortlessly. I loved the place, the space and the hosts. Be back for sure. Gracias <3 "

"We stayed for two weeks in one of the suites, which includes a private kitchen - so great to have while traveling. "

"Everything about La Casa seems well thought-out and designed, most essentially: there are just a handful of rooms and suites, and everyone is staying for weeks or months - so instead of a bunch of people coming and going all the time, it's a much smaller group with more of a communal feel. "

"The beachfront location means sunset views from the balcony, ocean breeze, and the easiest possible access to surf. Overall, a perfect match for peaceful Ayampe, which easily warrants a couple weeks stay (or much longer if you're here for the waves)."

"I stayed at La Casa on my first trip to Ayampe for 3 months and I can't say enough great things. The room was more than accommodating with a private kitchen and bathroom, and there is nothing better than to fall asleep to the sound of the waves every night. I found the staff to be very helpful in many ways, including recommendations on food, activities and "hidden gems" to be found in the area. Our host Adrian was more than pleasurable and couldn't have asked for anyone different. He does his job very well. Arian and Jose made us feel right at home, and even gave us a ride to Olon to catch our bus! The 3 of them are a great representation of the vibe in Ayampe. One step out of the front door and my toes were in the sand, looking at great waves day in and day out. Spectacular views all around with the lagoon and and bird sanctuary located just across Ruta del Spondylus I truly couldn't ask for more. The people of Ayampe were very pleasent and somwere the guests I encountered on our stay. Not to mention Fernando coming to the house 5 days a week with fresh fruits, veggies and the best organic coffee around. I highly recommend La Casa for anyone who needs to take a step back from the "rat race" and collect their thoughts and have relaxing time for themselves. We will DEFINITELY be staying there again upon our return. Bravo to Jose and Arian for creating such a great place to stay"

"I stayed at la casa for over a week and it was exactely what I needed!"

"First of all the rooms are extremely nice, and since you're most probably not sharing with anyone you can make yourself at home. Then there's the view from the balcony which goes straight out onto the main surf spot...this way you can check the waves while having breakfast in the morning or simply enjoy the 24/7 ocean view."

"The kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped, there's a few hammocks to lounge in and once again, the balcony is simply the best place!"

"I also loved the overall atmosphere in the house. While people mostly did their own thing there was always someone to talk to, cook or paddle out into the waves with. The house manager Adrian made me feel welcome right away and was always ready to help. "

"The only thing I wish would have been better is the cleaning service, which simply didn't happen quite as frequently as it was said. "

"Other than that, I had an amazing experience. The owners Arian and Jose are incredibly warm and friendly people and I will definitely return to this place!"

"I really loved my stay at LA CASA. It was the nicest place, surf and people wise, all over Ecuador. The view is more then perfect to check the waves or just sit there and enjoy the beauty. Also its beach front, so youre in the surf by falling out of bed. Rooms where spacious and clean and the kitchen well equipped for the price you pay. Manager Adrian was always helpful and was giving good advice as he knows Ayampes surf and area more then well. Also the owners are super friendly and spoiled us with a very tasty fresh fish Bbq night. All together I miss that place already cause it felt like home, just better. Unique vibes! Thank you so much guys and see you next winter. BLESS YA!"

"I stayed in La Casa for two months - I have chosen this place because it was advertised as an amazing place for long stay in an apartment with the terrace with the ocean view, monthly rate looks attractive too. All the reviews are excellent and I decided straight away that this is a place to be. All the impression from the place was ruined just by the relation of the employee and owners. The whole stay you feel that you owe them just because you stay in this place, even if you pay though! – for example, my lights in the bathroom couldn`t be fixed during 6 weeks, you need to ask for cleaning to be done otherwise it will not be (several times I needed to ask consistently so I got my cleaning in 10 days, not in 7 days as should be), when the mirror in my bathroom smashed because it is poorly fixed on a wall, I was not given any additional help with cleaning and was promised to have another mirror but never had, and so on. Moreover, the most unpleasant experience I got was the totally unprofessional behavior of the administrator who can change his mind every day about the rules of the house following his own interests. So after 2 weeks of my stay I found out that no guests allowed, but I can have particular guests. After the administrator realized that there is no way to seduce me and I refused to go out with him for dinner, the next day he refused the particular guests to visit me also. Even after the owner promised me I can have one my friend as a guest, she was refused to come to my room by the administrator when she tried. All this miscommunication is annoying and looks like that administrator does his own thing, the owners don`t pay attention to what is happening and rely on several excellent reviews on Tripadvisor (I asked other guests if they were asked about their experience by the owners and they haven`t been)."

"I stayed at la Casa for 3 weeks, this place is perfect for people who are looking to stay a couple of weeks or more as you really get to know the people you live with and the place itself really feels like a home from the start. The house itself is amazing and has a very chilled vibe with a very nice living room, kitchen, and mini terrace on the first floor with a view on the ocean. The house itself is right on the beach so it doesn't get any better than that. It is also a couple of minutes walk from Otra Ola the Yoga and Surf School if you fancy that but it also makes you feel that it is perfectly fine to do absolutely nothing all day and just relax hearing the sound of the waves. Jose and Ariana were amazing hosts and made you feel right at home from the start. I had the most amazing time and I hope I get to stay there again one day."
